Gardens are characteristic of Kirchditmold, the part of Kassel where we live. It is right next to Bad Wilhelmshöhe, one of Kassel’s most friendly and important parts with numerous interesting shops, modern thermal baths, and the large recreation area with the famous mountain park, WorldCulturalHeritageSite , the Palace of Wilhelmshöhe with its Gallery of Old Masters, the Lion’s Castle and the huge Baroque Statue of Hercules.
The nearest bus stop, Teichstraße, is only 5 minutes away, and even Kassel’s main station Bad Wilhelmshöhe with its bus and tram stops and train services is within walking distance (approx. 12 - 15 minutes). From there public transport will take you to the city centre in about 15 minutes or to a lot of attractive places in the environs and in the country.
You can park your car in front of the house.
